George E. Toriello, Jr. sent us some interesting information on July 26, 2012, about his family after several correspondences. He wrote that his grandfather, Angelo, owned Toriello Construction Company based in Hackensack from the mid 1940’s to the early 1960’s. Angelo Toriello arrived from Italy in 1898. Angelo Toriello was married to Teresa Distasi. They had sons Fritz, Joe, Palmer, George (my dad), Bill, and two daughters Angie (married Charles Scillieri) and Evie (married Joe Fazio).
